The fact that the Deutsches Kolleg distributes the “Proclamation of the Uprising of the Decent” on the Internet, under the web address http://www.deutsches-kolleg.org/english/declarations/uprising.htm, is being used as a pretext for the hostile campaign against this body. Attached to this text is the Hundred Day Programme that was published in 1993 by Dr. Reinhold Oberlercher, and that has since been distributed unchallenged over the Internet. Its contents are said to be indictable because it advises the future national emergency government of the German Reich to take the following steps:

1. Termination of the employment of foreigners.

2. Exclusion of foreign employees from unemployment insurance.

3. Obligatory notification that all work positions occupied by foreigners will be given to German applicants considered suitable by the job centre.

4. Prohibition of the recruitment of foreign and alien workers for the German job market, including those places of work that are foreign property.

5. Prohibition of the employment of foreign and alien workers at the German job market one year after the recruitment ban.

6. High fines and labour punishments for illicit stay and residence.

7. Deportation of all foreigners who have become unemployed.

8. Deportation of all foreigners who have become criminals or hardship cases.

9. The clearing of all the homes for asylum-seekers, and the deportation of all asylum-seekers.

10. Banning of foreigner-organisations in Germany.

11. Relieving the German basic primary and secondary school of assistant and foreign pupils, in order to lead it back to German culture.

The sensation, however, lies in what the public prosecution department did not indict: In the incriminated text we had called for the ban of all Jewish communities because they propagate a misanthropic and genocidal religion in the synagogues. And we were willing to bet that we would be charged because of this.

The War Aims of the Enemies of the German Reich

The “organisational form of a modality of foreign rule” (Carlo Schmid) that calls itself “Federal Republic of Germany” is waging a covert proxy war against the German Reich.

The war aims of our enemies include the destruction of the German People through the enforced intermixture with Peoples of foreign race and culture.

During the negotiations of President Roosevelt’s special emissary, Wendell Willkie, with Joseph V. Stalin, the USA and the Soviet Union established that the war aim no. 1 against Germany must be the “abolition of racial exclusiveness.”[1]

During the occupation of Germany by the victorious powers, “encourage also the immigration and settlement in the German states of non-German nationals, especially males.”[2]

These are not random opinions, but authentic declarations of will by the leading statesmen of the war enemies of the Reich, who thus confirm our observations. The fact that the war of destruction against the German Reich is to continue beyond the time of the Wehrmacht’s capitulation is not stated between the lines, but is expressed clearly and overtly.

According to the UN Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, genocide signifies any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group as such: By killing members of the group, causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group and deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part.[3]

The leading circles of the US East Coast were – and still are – determined to commit genocide against Germany.

No less a figure than the later US president Harry S. Truman expressed the lust for genocide of these circles in the following, repugnant words:

“If we see that Germany is winning we ought to help Russia and if Russia is winning we ought to help Germany, and that way let them kill as many as possible, although I don’t want to see Hitler victorious under any circumstances.”[4]

He stated this in a public speech on occasion of the onset of action between the German Wehrmacht and the Red Army in June 1941 as a senator of the United States of America, who at this point in time were not yet war enemies of the Reich.

In personal conversations with Stalin, US President Franklin Delano Roosevelt emphasised his intent not to leave in the German mind the concept of the Reich and to erase the word “Reich” from the German language.[5]

It is disgusting having to witness how Germans try to outdo each other so that they may fight against their own People in the frontline of our enemies’ work of destruction. Only the fanaticism with which some Germans debase themselves to becoming servants of the Auschwitz Lie is more despicable.

The destruction of the German Reich was decided and planned by Great Britain immediately following the unification of the Reich by Bismarck, and was prepared well in advance.

Nahum Goldmann, the “King of the Diaspora Jews” and later President of the World Jewish Congress, – a connoisseur of the hidden impulses – stated in 1915 that Great Britain was the political starter of the First World War, and that Britain was also in the vanguard of the war of annihilation against the German Spirit.[6]

“England initiated this war against Germany, because in peaceful rivalry it was increasingly forced to yield more and more to German competition.”[7]

What Goldmann is concealing, however, is the fact that according to an admission by the English Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli (a Jew, in office 1868, 1874-1880), the Jews “have long been stealing into our – Britain’s – secret diplomacy, which they have almost appropriated.”[8]

France, lusting for revenge, was an enthusiastic partisan of Britain’s plans. Of the European powers, France had always been the most eager for war:

“There is hardly a nation in Europe – Goldmann attests – that has started so many wars, and waged so many wars of aggression, as France.”[9]

The Empire of Evil Rises to World Domination

This mighty war of the European powers preoccupied the entire 20^th century, and in its course all of the struggling empires perished. Another mighty power, one which the world had never seen before, stepped onto the stage of world history: the United States of America. It had been created by European adventurers, antisocial elements and Old Testamentary fanatics. The USA had become possible through the extermination of the native population

and the importation of eleven million Negro slaves – the spoils of the human hunts that were financed by Jewish bankers and ship owners.

By these means, this power has become the most rootless and philistine conglomeration of populations that have ever played a role in world history.

This mash of the nations was the ideal breeding ground for the success of Jewish imperialism. The takeover of the USA[10] in a manner similar to a coup d’etat on 23 December 1913[11], secured the conditions for the fulfilment of Jewry’s dream of world domination.

Because Jewry’s global conspiracy does indeed exist, all those who speak or write about it are brandished by the media – who are almost without exception under direct or indirect Jewish influence – as “anti-Semites” and “conspiracy theorists”.

The stench of blood of the 100 to 150 million Africans who figure simply as incidental expenses of the acquisition of slaves[12], has deadened the conscience of this pseudo-nation to such a degree that it no longer feels any sense of responsibility for the hecatombs of the two World Wars and the 12-16 million dead that it has sacrificed for Jewish supremacism since 1945.

“But the Semites now exercise a vast influence over affairs by their smallest though most peculiar family, the Jews. There is no race gifted with so much tenacity, and such skill in organization. These qualities have given them an unprecedented hold over property and illimitable credit. As you advance in life, and get experience in affairs, the Jews will cross you everywhere. They have long been stealing into our – England’s – secret diplomacy, which they have almost appropriated; in another quarter of a century they will claim their share of open government. Well, these are races; men and bodies of men influenced in their conduct by their particular organization, and which must enter into all the calculations of a statesman. … Language and religion do not make a race – there is only one thing which makes a race, and that is blood.”[13]

That of which the German philosopher Johann Gottlieb Fichte warned the Peoples of Europe is here attested by a Jew who managed to become the head of government of the single world power of that time.

In 1793 he wrote:

“A mighty, hostile state is spreading through almost all European countries, a state that is constantly at war with all other states and that oppresses the citizens of some states awfully harshly: it is Judaism.”[14]

The fact that this state is founded on the hatred against all other Peoples is what makes it so dangerous. And he warned the Peoples of Europe:

“the Jews, who even without you are citizens of a state that is more secure and stronger than all your states, would completely trample your remaining citizens under their feet, if you now also grant them civil rights in your own states.”[15]

Fichte had recognised that Judah is a state to which the gentiles do not belong, one that is more secure and stronger than all European powers. He recognised that this state conducts the affairs of its branches as a state within a state of the historical Peoples of Europe (including the German states), and that it does so as an enemy state.

Disraeli attests that Judah is influenced by its particular organisations. The constant hue and cry of the Jews about “conspiracy theories” and “conspiracy theorists” is further evidence that this is the case.

On 24 March 1933 Judah, this supranational enemy state within a state, declared war against the German Reich:

Judah is intent on continuing this war until Amalek – the German People – has been totally annihilated.

Proxy Wars with a 200% Chance of Profit for the Jews – the Talmudic Principle of Warfare

The German Reich had many enemies, all of who fought proxy wars against us on behalf of the Jews – a fact recently pointed out by the departing Malaysian Prime Minister, Mahathir[16]. They all lost these wars, including the white population of the USA and the Peoples of the Soviet Union.

Building on their success of the conquest of the USA from inside, Jewry – whilst staying behind the scenes – made it possible to finance the First World War, and then instigated both World Wars, out of which it alone emerged as the victor. Judah is the victor of the 20^th century, and the Jews therefore quite rightly celebrate it as the Jewish century.

By means of an unprecedented brainwashing, at the centre of which is the Auschwitz Lie, the stage has now been reached where parts of the German People have themselves become enemies of the Reich, and where these are continuing the proxy war against the German Reich and its People for the Jews, whom they would rather hand over our home today than tomorrow.

§ 130 Penal Code – the Main Weapon of our Enemies

The scheme to imprison the representatives of the Deutsches Kolleg by means of a show trial, as it can be witnessed in this courtroom, is a skirmish in the war of our enemies against the German Reich. The combatants on the side of our enemies are not fighting in the uniform of the enemy power. According to the ius in bello (law of war) they are guerrillas.

They use the paragraph dealing with incitement of the People (§ 130 FRG-Penal Code) as their main weapon.

§ 130 Incitement of the People

(1) Whoever, in a manner that is capable of disturbing the public peace:

1. incites hatred against segments of the population or calls for violent or arbitrary measures against them; or

2. assaults the human dignity of others by insulting, maliciously maligning, or defaming segments of the population,

shall be punished with imprisonment from three months to five years.

(2) Whoever:

1. with respect to writings (§ 11 subsection (3)), which incite hatred against segments of the population or a national, racial or religious group, or one characterized by its folk customs, which call for violent or arbitrary measures against them, or which assault the human dignity of others by insulting, maliciously maligning or defaming segments of the population or a previously indicated group:

a) disseminates them;

b) publicly displays, posts, presents, or otherwise makes them accessible;

c) offers, gives or makes accessible to a person under eighteen years; or

d) produces, obtains, supplies, stocks, offers, announces, commends, undertakes to import or export them, in order to use them or copies obtained from them within the meaning of numbers a through c or facilitate such use by another; or

2. disseminates a presentation of the content indicated in number 1 by radio,

shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than three years or a fine.

(3) Whoever publicly or in a meeting approves of, denies or renders harmless an act committed under the rule of National Socialism of the type indicated in § 220a subsection (1), in a manner capable of disturbing the public piece shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than five years or a fine.

(4) Subsection (2) shall also apply to writings (§ 11 subsection (3)) with content such as is indicated in subsection (3).

(5) In cases under subsection (2), also in conjunction with subsection (4), and in cases of subsection (3), § 86 subsection (3), shall apply correspondingly.[17]

This clause is being implemented by the lawyers who are submissively dependent on the “organisational form of a modality of foreign rule” (OMF) in a manner that harms the natural resistance of the German People against the strategically planned and enforced foreignisation of our home, and that turns the fates of individuals into tragedies.

Each year thousands are persecuted in the German Reich through this provision, are given high fines or are imprisoned, and are socially ostracised. These persecutions are a crime against the ius gentium (international law). As of now, lawyers participating in this crime will be charged by the German People and will soon be condemned by the courts of the Reich. In particularly serious cases the ius in bello will be applied in the version prior to the revision of the Hague Convention Respecting the Laws and Customs of War on Land from 1949. According to this combatants who do not reveal themselves as such (guerrillas) can potentially be punished by death.[18]

The lawyers working for the OMF may still see this differently because they want to see it differently, so that they can enjoy their sinecures and nurture their carriers.

They could realise the truth with only a little effort. During this show trial the Deutsches Kolleg will render useful assistance to these lawyers. After this their guilt will be judged in accordance with the principle of actio libera in causa: He who purposely neglects to acquire the knowledge to cure the mental incapacity brought about by decades of brainwashing, or who refrains from curing this in himself, cannot appeal to ignorance or mental incapacity.

At all times Truth has finally conquered the Lie.

The German Reich lives, and will triumph over the Lie!
