When I first approached to the reality of Russia and its last few years of recent history, I did it examining the information written in the general press, the specialized one, the one controlled by the system and our own ideological one, I detected many realities, situations, tendencies and evolutions that made me remember my childhood years and my youth, years when Spain was initiating is transit from a “soft” dictatorship regime, as it were the final years of the Franquismo, to a liberal democracy wrongly named “Western”.
Also, and I will insist on this point later on my speech, during this period of time, Russia began to experience the first symptoms of the threats that were taking place en Spain. These threats are today a really serious problem of extremely and very difficult solution.
Directly related to the thematic of this symposium, is the fact that both dictatorships (the Soviet and the Franquista) created and put in place a “road plan” to hide the common Indo-European heritance of the Russian and Spanish people.
In the Soviet case, and evidently you will know the reasons far better that I, it is of common knowledge that the communist regime hid and prevented (as much as it could), the investigation of all the prehistoric, archaeological, linguistic studies as well as any historical memory of the religions that undeniably demonstrated the belonging of the Russian people (like the rest of Slavic people of the USSR) to the Indo-European family.
Although not so premeditated but with the same very distressing effects, effects that even today required a clarification, the identical “hiding” of the truth took place in Spain. I am talking about the distorted question of the Iberians and its misrepresentation by the Franquismo.
This misrepresentation proposed the idea of a different origin of the Spanish population, an origin far away from the rest of Europe and from the Indo-European phenomenon.
Let us go by parts:
The Iberian term has indiscriminately been used as a synonymous of “a Hispanic of the Pre-Roman Antiquity”, which is not certain either. The Iberian term exclusively refers to a cultural momentum (archaeological horizon) that had a precise historical momentum (approximately from the V century b.C. to the change of the Era).
Who were these Iberians? Today, more and more historians are unanimously admitting that the Iberians were not a people but rather a cultural manifestation of the inhabitants of the Hispanic Levante created by their contact with Mediterranean’s peoples, like the Phoenicians and fundamentally with the Greeks. These contact plus a particular and concrete linguistic process, created what we call the Iberian Culture.
The study of the Iberian Culture by the academic community, began at the end of the XIX century when the famous Lady of Elche, the sculpture of an Iberian woman, was discovered –I would like to mention that this sculpture was taken to the Parisian museum of the Louvre during the Spanish Civil war and it only return to Spain in 1941 when Adolf Hitler, in a gesture of friendship, send her back to the Spanish town -.
From the beginning of its study, the Iberian Culture was always conceived as a “people” inducing the academic community to search for its “geographic origin”. This origin was determined to be in North Africa. This thesis is categorically disassembled by Dr. Fletcher Valls, a world leading authority in the subject and a professor of Prehistory at the University of Valencia.
Today, this “Africanist” thesis is absolutely discarded from the scientific point of view. During the first Franquismo, and in correlation with the relations with Italy and Germany, the Iberian Culture is included within the ample phenomenon of the Celtic world.
It is after 1945 that the Franquismo is isolated and begins to see a Europe as an enemy identifiable with the “liberal-democratic” ideals. Is also the time when the government of Spain falls in the absurdity to “promote” a history of Spain detached from the history of Europe. This “hypothesise” encourage the idea of the Iberian people as an autochthones individual and as the solely generator of the Spanish´ specificity, a specificity foreign to other European people. Lamentably, this “hypothesis” is still present in the minds of many Spaniards.
Scientific investigations have determined with clarity and without any doubt that the Iberian Culture was carry our by a human element arrived at the peninsula with the so call Culture from the Fields of Urns (Urnenfelder), that is to say, Celtic people who arrived through the Pyrenees between the 1200-800 a. C.
It is necessary to clarify any type of confusion or misunderstanding in this sense and to proclaim the “Indo-Europeity” of the peoples of Spain. Since the most remote antiquity, our peninsula was known by the Greeks like the Garden of the Hesperidins and like Keltiké (land of the Celts) by the Celtic peoples.
Perhaps this is not the best place to treat this subject in detail, but I would like to suggest to whoever is interested in the subject of the ethnic formation of Spain (and Portugal), the review and study of the work of Dr. Francisco Villar, university professor of Indo-European philology at the University of Salamanca.
Dr. Villar´s work is considered by our comrade Jean Haudry, (a world leader academic on he subject) as highly recommended and as one of the most important work about the Indo-European. Dr. Villar demonstrates through paleo-linguistic studies the early indoeuropeizatión of Spain but it is in his latest book where he adds additional material of analysis. The title of this book is revealing: Basques, Celts and Indo-European. Languages and Genes.
Adding to the above, the process of Spanish ethno-genesis is homological to the rest of Western Europe. The Romanization of Spain supposed the arrival of approximately 20% of Italo-Roman population and the Visigoths (plus the other Germanic people already in the Peninsula) added about the 8% of the population. With the exception of the invasion-reconquest Arab, that was the base of the Spanish population. i.e., Celts, Mediterranean, Italo-Roman and Germanic-Visigoths
Spain is a European nation as much as per its biological heritance as for the blood spilled in defence of the idea and the civilization of Europe. Spain forged itself in the fight against the Arabs as Russia did it in its fight against the Mongol and the Tartars´ menace. Both nations have in common to have been in the frontlines of Europe’s defence against the “Barbarian because, and a famous German politician of the XX century stated, “when Spain repelled the Moor back to Africa and when Russia drove back the Mongol back to the steppes, both nations did it not just for it own sake but for the sake and the name of a civilization and a race”
Returning to the beginning of my intervention, now I would like to analyze the last two decades of Spanish history as its example of a programmed destruction of a country. I hope the example of what is happening in my country, will serve the Russians and the other Eastern European countries as a warning of what it can happen and why it must be avoid at all cost. You still have time.
At the beginning of the 80´, a study of NATO was published in Europe. According to this study, the two most effective soldiers in the European continent were the ones belonging to the armed forces of the Democratic Republic of Germany and those of Spanish Armed Forces. Spain was still a country with values and pride. This result was the fruit of two factors: the innate (although anarchical one) bravery of the Spanish people and a more or less hard and austere education.
In those years and at the beginning of the 90´, Spain was not a country of immigrants. To see a person of not European extraction in the streets of any Spanish city was something anecdotal that friends commented as an “event” or as something unusual that did not happen every day or every month.
In order to psychologically prepare the Spanish population for the next big wave of immigration (big wave of immigrants predicted and planned from the instances of the real power), it was necessary to neutralize any reaction, to present as normal that that was not. To accustom the Spanish people to “coexist” with people of “other origins”, even though at the beginning was it only from the distance. In short, and using a Guillaume Faye´s expression “to inoculate the virus of mental AIDS in the brains of the people” making them mentally weak and ill so that they would be accept realities that only five years ago were unthinkable.
Until 1994 Spain had only two public television channels. It is in this year when the three first licenses are granted so that private groups had their own televising chains. The election and granting of licenses to these three private groups was made by the Spanish government thus making the selection completely “not accidental”.
From a first moment, these TV channels began emitting North American series, (generally of “humour” with Afro-American families) during the hours of the highest infantile and youth audience. Later on during the day, these new TV channel would show series and programs that, in last instance, send a new type of “multicultural” society.
It was the first massive contact of the Spaniards with the “human side” of other races and realities (I am afraid that the same is happening now in countries of Eastern Europe). For the first time words like “multiculturalism”, “mixing”, and, mainly, “tolerance” continuously appear in the TV screen.
Even the history of Spain began to be deformed. Our Reconquista an its centuries of wars, bleeds and fire that meant to us, becomes (by lying in a grotesque manner) the”historical coexistence of religions”. The strict and “hardly ever relations” between European Christians, Mohammedans and Jews during the years right after the Reconquista, now becomes the “Spain of the three cultures”, the “Spain as Crucible of Peoples” and in between “version” like the ones above, you could begin to hear the “whispering” of the “Spanish culpability of all evils and misfortunes that are taking place in South and Central America”. I am afraid that today, a process of “similar des-culturalization” is happening in countries of Eastern Europe”.
It is of common knowledge, that the United States sees Europe (a real and unified Europe) as its main enemy in a near future. For the Unites States, Europe is first and foremost an economic adversary with an economy of first order. Secondly, Europe is a capable and serious political opponent, with the sufficient strength to become a threat or, at least to resist the United States´ hegemony and plans for the control of the planet.
It is less known though, that one of the weapons that the United States uses against Europe is the weapon of massive immigration. The government of the United Sates, knows perfectly that massive non European immigration in our lands, means our political instability, internal ethnic conflicts, loss of competitiveness, confrontations, and above all chaos. This chaos and its consequences, will keep Europe occupied while the Unite States continues fulfilling its world control dreams.
Traditionally, the external reference and “obedience” of the Spanish politicians have been the British conservatives for the liberal right, and the French and German socialists for their Spanish homonymous. It is very revealing the fact that the immigration-invasion process began in Spain precisely under the first openly pro-North American president that Spain had, Jose Maria Aznar.
If the liberal right of the Popular Party was who initiated the “non European” immigration invasion of Spain, the PSOE was, is responsible for the increase and the aggravation of this invasion which has turned out to put it simply, suicidal
The actual socialist government, with an irresponsible management and new laws, is causing the unstoppable and uncontrolled entrance and/or regulation of legal and illegal immigrants and its families. This regrouping/invasion and the so call “Efecto Llamada” (Calling Effect) is taking place in front of the eyes of the Spaniard who can hardly understand what is happening in their own country.
To give you an quick and clear image together with some figures: the dripping began between 1995 and 1996 (electoral year for the PP) at the begging, this was a slow process; in 1997 the percentage of immigrants was around 1,6%, out of this figure, more than half were tranquil Northern European pensioners looking for a nice retirement in the Spanish coasts.
During the year 2001, the arrival of legal immigrants increased to 1.200.000, the number of illegal was not accounted for. In 2003, the number of legal and illegal approached the 3.000.000, this is an equivalent of the 6% of the total population of Spain. In 2004 Spain, was the first receiver of immigrants of the UE, to Spain came the 21% of all the immigrants who entered the UE. Spain became the third country of the Union with greater flow of immigrants, 5.5 by each 1,000 inhabitants.
Although it is a difficult undertaking to give a number of immigrants currently living in Spain, as today the number is not inferior to 4.000.000, this is the 9% of the population of Spain. In only three years, Spain has received more immigrants than did France in 15 years. In just 6 years, the number of immigrants has increased from a 1% to a 10%, a progression without paragon in the UE.
But there is even more. A study elaborated by the Foundation of the Savings Banks of Spain, an organization completely outside to any form of “politically suspiciousness”, predicted that in the year 2010, the immigrant population of Spain will represent the 14% of the population, this is around 6.000.000 people. By the year 2015 (only within 9 years), the population of immigrant will grow to almost 12.000.000 (28%).
I would like to clarify something. This study only includes the number of legal immigrants with work permits. Adding the illegal immigrants, it is clear that by the year 2015, more than 1/3 of the population of Spain (this is, non-Spanish), will be immigrant. The fact that in 15 years a change of such magnitude in the Spanish’s etno-demographics is going to take place, makes impossible the continuity of the use of the term “immigration”, from now on we changed the term for pure and simple “invasion”. Now, let us see how this invasion will be anything but peaceful.
Still under the effect of the system’s anaesthesia, its intense ideological practice and enjoying –still- a comfortable economic situation, the Spanish population does not yet openly confronts the severity of the problem. But things are changing, and the latest polls carry out by the official Spanish agency of Social Studies, shows an steadily increase on the number of Spaniards who express a greater preoccupation for the current situation
During 2003, the 48% of the Spaniards thought that the country had many more immigrants that country could received. In 2005, a good 59% agreed with it. In 1992, a period without almost any immigrants in Spain, the CIS, Spain’s official sociological institute, stated that 8% of the Spaniards declared their predilection to vote for a “party of racist tendency” (that was the text used in the question).
In September 2002 and presented with a more subtle question “would you give your vote to a party that support the limitation and excess of immigrants”, the 44% of the Spaniards answered affirmatively. Speaking of surveys, we cannot forget to mention the one published recently. On April 19th, 2006 the 74% of the Spanish people affirmed the announcement of a clash of civilizations between the West and the Islam; the 90% defined the Muslims like authoritarian; 79% like intolerants; 68% like violent; 45% like rude and the 43% like lazy. The 88% deemed as very negative the reaction of the Islamic world during the episode of the cartoons.
When analysing the phenomenon of immigration in Spain, it is necessary to consider certain particularities that make this phenomenon different from the experiences of other European countries. In our case, we find ourselves facing two types of immigrants, immigrants that come fundamentally from two very different origins.
In the first place, we could mention the Andean-Amazonian immigration: mainly carry out by the Amerindian which I refuse to call “Latin”. I am Latin, they are not. To accept this term as a definition of this “mestizoandine” immigration has been one first mental defeat. Not to long ago, the term “Latin” was used in Spain to correctly define the European nations heirs of Rome and of is language, the Latin: Portugal, Spain, France, Italy and Rumania.
The absurdity to call them these immigrants “Latin”, comes from the semiliterate American mass media that began to speak of culture and Latin music only because it was in Spanish It would be like us using the term “Saxons” the describe the bands of rap music from New York City.
As catholic practitioners and “Spanish” speakers, they were people in Spain who thought that they would easily integrated. These people fell again in the same basic mistake; the determining factor is neither the language nor the religion, it is the Race. Following mother nature predisposition and as predicted by us, these Andeans immigrants came with all the problems of its societies of origin: violence, employee absenteeism, hired killers, indiscipline, ghettos. But the worse pest (that to a certain extent summarizes to all the others), are the organized and delinquent bands and violent youth.
The system press calls these groups of criminal “ethnic bands”, I would rather call them “vanguards immigrants”. The better known are the Latin Kings, of Puerto Rican origins and the Ñetas from Ecuador. Needless to say that hate and killed each other as often as they can. These bands of criminals are located in Barcelona and mainly in Madrid, their members are between the 2000 and 4000 people.
In general, they dedicated their time to steal from and to extortion the Spanish young in the schools and institutes or in the surrounding area. Their principal source of financing consist in the occupation and entrance control of the public sport fields. Once these public recreational places are under their “controlled”, these bands dedicate their time to charge a fee to whoever wants to utilize the installations, of course these “charge” is done under threat of violence.
The members of these bands are forced to take a sort of urban and colourful uniform making them very recognizable in the streets of our cities. Also, they are highly organized and very detectable criminal organizations thus the logical thing would be to stop them, expel them from our country back to theirs or at least illegalise them. But the “collaborationist” Spanish government prefers do nothing about them and instead of defending the rights of the Spaniards, ignores the problem and favour the “integration” and/or the possibility of its legalization.
The second focal point of legal and illegal immigration is the one arriving from the Islamic-Maghreb area. About this source of immigration, we are going to discuss mainly the Moroccan case.
During the High Middle Ages, the Hispanic Marca was a territory included within the Carolingian Empire. These lands had been retaken by force from the Islam and were employed as a “containment territory” and as a base for further Reconquista campaigns. Today, the similar historical circumstances that embrace our country, makes again our of Spain and its Southern border, a land of conflict and disarray. Let us remember that between the Spanish Coast of Andalusia and the African Coast, there are only 12 kilometres of separation.
The synergies between the Arab world and EE. UU against Europe is perfectly demonstrated by the Moroccan / Spanish confrontation. As example of this synergies, I would like to comment of the events that took place during the so call “Perejil Island Crisis”. The island of Perejil, a lost small barren island located in the Straits of Gibraltar but a Spanish small barren island from times of Carlos V, suffered the landing and occupation of Moroccan troops who raised the Moroccan flag during a brief period of time.
The Spanish government reacted promptly and sent a small group of a Spanish Army elite unit to recuperate our land. In few minutes, and without shooting a single shot, the Moroccan troops were reduced and detained. After the swift and bloodless Spanish army’s intervention, the status quo of the island goes back as it previously was, a Spanish territory.
At this point, the North American diplomacy comes into play and tries to find a long term agreement between both countries. Of course the agreement imposed by Washington is clearly detrimental for Spain. The small barren island will nominally continue under Spanish sovereignty but any vindication sovereignty or the raise of our flag, will not be allowed. Further, the military garrison will be removed from the island.
It is necessary to remember that Spain belongs to NATO and Morocco does not, but after the above episode, can anybody tell me what is NATO good for? What reasons or advantages does Spain have as a full member of this military alliance?
In order to accomplish its expansionistic project, Morocco does not need to hide any longer his pretension over the Canary Islands and it uses all type of weapons against Spain. As a offensive weapons, Morocco uses the introduction and trafficking on great scale of hashish (de-mannish of Spanish youth), the psychological extortion like when, during a survey completed just a short time after the attack of 11M in Madrid, the 45% of his population openly declared his support to Bin Laden, and finally the most obvious one, the use of massive waves of immigration, allowing Morocco to count with a fifth column in case of more than foreseeable armed confrontation having Ceuta and Melilla as “cause motive”
After the crisis of the island of Perejil, Morocco felt strong and “audacious” and sent a new challenge to the Spanish State. In this occasion, organized multiples assaults on the border crossing of the Spanish cities of Ceuta and Melilla. What were the objectives of these organized assaults? A very simple answer. The blackmailing of the Spanish government and the European Community. Morocco was after the funds and aid that the European had allocated for the fight against illegal immigration and now Morocco wanted his share.
With the excuse of a better control of the illegal immigrants heading towards Spain and the rest of Europe, and using the above organized nightly assaults, Morocco obtained from the EU´s commissioner of Justice, Freedom and Security, Franco Frattini the substantial number of 40 million euros for “improving the conditions of control of the immigration”. After this monetary aid was sent to Morocco, the massive waves of immigrants assaulting our borders ended, probing without doubt that Morocco was behind and in charge of the assaults.
Another downfall coming from this experience is that other African countries have learned the lesson and now, countries like Mauritania and Senegal, are also asking for their share. Today the coastline of Spain are daily filled with “kayucos” (mediun size boats that can take around 70 or 80 people) plenty of Africans immigrants heading towards Spain.
The ridiculous and childish Spanish legislation prevents the extradition of any foreigner whom its nationality or country of origin cannot be proven; therefore these Africans just have to torn their passport to pieces just before disembarking in Spain or decline to answer to the Spanish police when asked for their place of origin. These two simple things are sufficient to remain in Spanish territory.
The rate of arrivals during the last month has been (please that nobody get shock) of 3,500 people per day, which gives a number of over 1.200.000 per year. To this amount, we have to add the number of immigrants using Madrid’s airport (which has a similar rate) to access our land, these are mainly immigrants coming from Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru. It is very likely and alarming that our government’s demographics prevision for the next 15 or 20 years, will meet in the next 5 years or so.
If there is something that differentiates the Spanish political evolution from the Russian, and something that make us have positive hopes, is the appearance of a political figure like president Putin. His example confronting the terrorism of the wahabites´ assassins, his notorious intransigency towards local oligarchs and thieves of the Russian people, and his concern for the low birth rate of the nation among other things, makes of president Putin an example to all of Europeans.
Mr. Putín is the only president of Europe who devices its policies thinking in the long term solution and the only one current European president with a will for real power. Mr. Putín is not only a hope for you as Russians, but for all of us European. The future of Europe undeniably depends on the existing synergies of Western and Eastern Europe. The axis Madrid-Paris-Berlin-Moscow is not only the political answer to the New World order of the United States, it is also our only possibility of survival like a race and like a civilization.
We trust that Mr. Putín will set the first line of defence thus putting Russia in the front line of our battle for Eurosiberia, mother of all the peoples of our dear Europe. We trust Mr. Putin will help us to create the ethnically homogenous and politically strong Europe that Guillaume Faye has announced so many times. Be assured that the other European nations we will come to your call and they will come with dignity and fast pace, taking position in the frontlines side by side our Russian comrades, together again for this new Reconquista.
